Four killed, six missing as Typhoon Dujuan hits Japan's Pacific coast

Tokyo [Japan], September 23: Torrential rains brought by a powerful typhoon lashing Japan's Pacific coast caused landslides that killed four people, with six missing, public broadcaster NHK reported, while snapping electricity supply to about 45,000 homes.
Mud flowing into a home killed a woman in her 60s in the city of Yokosuka the Kanto region, after landslides in the areas of Kanagawa and Chiba, the broadcaster said on Tuesday, adding that three others who died were aged between their 50s and 80s. About 45,000 households are without electricity in the Kanagawa region, south of Japan's capital, the Tokyo Electric Power Co said on its website. (Agencies)
