Four suspected members of the Croatian-Serbian-Italian gang were arrested in Malaga

Madrid [Spain], April 24:The Spanish police arrested in Malaga four people suspected of belonging to a traveling Croatian-Serbian-Italian gang, who are accused of robbing or attempting to rob 15 apartments, Hina reported today.
In Malaga, in the south of Spain during the Easter holidays when many people leave their apartments, a series of attempted robberies were recorded in which the burglars broke the locks, and the police suspected two women and two men, housed in a hostel.
The women picked the locks and entered the apartments, while the men made sure that no one came along, the police announced.
The police arrested those four unnamed persons in the hostel and found with them a lockpicking tool and jewelry, cash and perfumes that they believe were stolen.
The suspects were brought before the investigating judge.
Spain has been under attack for years by gangs that the local police often call "family clans", and whose members have Croatian, Serbian and Italian documents.
"They are constantly moving from one part of the country to another, and they don't stay there for long, which makes it difficult to find them and arrest them. In the short time they are in a city, they try to take away as much loot as possible," the police reported.
The police added that the gang leader transfers the stolen loot to the countries from which they come, that is, from which they originate.
