UAQ Ruler issues decree restructuring BoD of Al Arabi Sports and Cultural Club

Umm Al Qaiwain [UAE], July 17: H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain, has issued an Emiri Decree restructuring the Board of Directors of Al Arabi Sports and Cultural Club.
Emiri Decree No. 2 of 2024 stipulates the restructuring of the Club's board, under the chairmanship of Khalid Yousef bin Hudaiba, with Saeed Obaid bin Arran as the First Deputy Chairman, and Dr. Salem Hamad bin Hamdhah as the Second Deputy Chairman.
The resolution also names Dr. Mohammed Saif Al Talai, Dr. Hamid Ali Bu Osaiba, Dr. Ali Issa Al Jasmi, Ammar Rashid Al Alili, Marwan Rashid Al Miqbali, and Mouza Hamid Al Heliou, as members of the board.
This resolution is effective from the date of issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
