World Cup Final: Indian PM, Australian Dy PM to cheer teams from Narendra Modi stadium

Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Nov 18 (ANI): Eyeing its 3rd World Cup title, India will lock horns with the ‘mighty’ Australia in a World Cup final on November 19. The game is set to be played at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad with thousands of cricket fans in attendance. To witness the historic occasion, PM Modi and Australian Deputy PM Richard Marles will attend the game in Ahmedabad. Notably, India breezed through the group stage, finishing first with a total of 18 points after unassailable campaign so far. Rohit-led India has played magnificent cricket throughout the tournament acing all the departments. India is the only unbeaten side in the tournament and defeated New Zealand in an exciting semi-final. Notably, Australia came out victorious in semi-final clash against South Africa by three wickets at Eden Gardens in Kolkata.
