Navi Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], March 10: PDP Shipping & Projects Limited (PSPL), a leading provider of integrated logistics and freight forwarding solutions, today announces the opening of its Initial Public Offering (IPO), offering 9,37,000 equity shares at a fixed price of Rs. 135 per share. The IPO will open on 10th March 2025 and close on 12th March 2025. The shares will be credited to demat accounts by 17th March 2025, with the listing on the BSE SME platform scheduled for 18th March 2025.
