Singapore, April 8: BeLive Holdings (the "Company" or "BeLive"), a provider of live commerce and shoppable short videos solutions ("BeLive Solutions") to international retail companies and e-commerce marketplaces, today announced the closing of its initial public offering (the "Offering") of 2,450,000 ordinary shares (the "Ordinary Shares") at a public offering price of US$4.00 per share for total gross proceeds of US$9.8 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and other offering expenses. The Offering closed on April 7, 2025 and the Ordinary Shares began trading on Nasdaq Capital Market on April 4, 2025, under the ticker symbol "BLIV".
