During the program, when discussing the necessary qualities of an event organizer, director Hoang Cong Cuong emphasized: "The most important criteria for the event organizing profession are courage, resilience, and bravery. An indispensable part is the heart of the professional: living, dying, dedicating, and sacrificing oneself wholeheartedly to the profession one pursues, because this is a very demanding profession due to high pressure, intensity, and a large workload.
