He expressed gratitude to his co-star Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc for her support and excellent chemistry, which helped him complete his 'mission'.

The film is notable for its complex and intertwined love story involving five main characters, set against the backdrop of old Northern Vietnam. The relationship between Văn Tai (played by Quốc Anh) and Thị Liễu (Ninh Dương Lan Ngọc) is central to the narrative. They were childhood friends who, after a long separation, reunite after 15 years under difficult circumstances: one is about to get married, the other is already married. Their unfulfilled childhood romance and complicated entanglements draw them closer together, subsequently embroiling the other characters in a whirlwind of love rivalry and revenge.
In "Sister Sister 3 ," Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc and Quoc Anh have many intimate interactions and caused a stir with a daring scene. The 1998-born actor shared that before filming intimate scenes with his co-star, he was very nervous because it was his first time acting in such daring scenes. "I proactively asked my co-stars for permission before each scene to make everyone feel more comfortable, but I still couldn't avoid feeling nervous. When it was finished, I felt I had overcome my initial shyness and fully embodied the character of Van Tai," the 28-year-old heartthrob said.
Quoc Anh also expressed his gratitude to Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc for her support and seamless collaboration, which enabled them to complete the challenging scene. The actor mentioned his senior colleague, saying, "I am very grateful to Lan Ngoc for her support and for allowing me to comfortably complete this scene. I am very happy that we were able to convey the passionate and conflicted love of the two characters."
